With more than 5 years’ experience in sales I have faced so many different situations and met so many people. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing your customers happy with your service. I put a lot of passion in what I am doing, I am on point and I always like to offer help and guidance to the people I am working with. With Computer Science degree I was always close to the technology, therefore I chose to develop my career as a Technical Recruiter. I am attracted by the German culture (I live in Kronstadt, Brasov – a city with German communities, a city where German culture is present almost everywhere) and I always feel like home when I visit Germany. Outside of work I play football, go to the gym or to travel.

I am a very positive person. I like to meet new people, to hear their stories and to be inspired by them. With a degree in Computer Science, it didn’t take me too long to understand how Tech recruitment works and in my opinion is one of the most challenging jobs with so many unpredictable situations – every day is different and there is no way to get bored doing this job. I believe the key to success is Failure, because we always learn and improve from mistakes. When I am not recruiting, I like to play tennis, to cook or to visit new places.

I am a graduate in psychology and I love working with people and to make new friends. I chose recruitment because it is a very challenging job and every day I get to learn something new from each individual I am working with. I am a positive person, I like to think outside the box and I am never afraid to try new things. My favorite quote is “When someone tells me “no” it doesn’t mean I can’t do it, it simply means I can’t do it with them” – Karen E. Quinones Miller. In my free time I like to read books, to travel, to spend time in nature or to learn new languages – I speak English, French, Italian and I am currently learning German.

I am Human Resources graduate and during my studies I’ve got the chance to do different internships in several German companies from Brasov, Romania. I have learnt a lot about this industry and now I want to develop my career in this area. What I like the most in this job is the fact that I can actually see the impact of my work and I can change people’s lives. I am a very determined person and I work very hard to achieve my goals. When I am not working, I like to go to the gym, to swim or to go fishing.

I enjoy recruitment! I am a people person and I get enormous satisfaction from helping others, building relationships and making a positive impact on businesses and people's lives. I founded LinkBridge because I love technology, I love working with people and I want to create a company who uses the human approach in the recruitment industry. I have Computer Science degree with good knowledge in C++, HTML and CSS (now I learn Java) and I read about the other technologies as well so I can keep up with what’s new in the tech industry. I am a pet lover (I have 2 cats) and when I have free time, I like to play tennis, to travel or to go to the mountains.
