DevOps engineer

Look no further - based in the heart of Frankfurt, my client, a leading tech company, is looking for an experienced DevOps engineer to join their team and work on a very exciting and challenging brand new project.

You will be building innovative solutions dedicated to automating software and infrastructure. This will include custom solutions, as well as open source DevOps tools that build and deploy automation, monitoring and data gathering for their delivery pipeline.

As the DevOps Enginer you will build out scalable microservices driven environment and improving the use of container tools with a specific focus on Kubernetes.

- you will be expected to take ownership and authority of the AWS infrastructure and should be someone who loves a challenge and can work diligently and efficiently to achieve goals

- handling company’s container orchestration platform

- working continuously for enhancing user experience

- contributing to architecture and design discussions

- providing tooling for engineers for smooth and safe deployment processes

- very good system engineering skills

- proficiency in java OR Golang programming language

- familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes

- experience with Orchestration/Config Management Tools such as Puppet, Chef or Ansible

- experience with Terraform for automating the deployment of code is a plus

- very good experience with AWS

- CI/CD software delivery approach

- very good English skills and at least B1 German
